SUMMER 2021: If you have not yet heard, there is a MAJOR staff shortage in the hospitality industry, nation-wide. We are not alone in having to operate with a skeletal crew. Our solution to ensuring all of our diners continue to receive the high level of service and quality we are known for we are implementing a RESERVATIONS ONLY policy.
What you need to know to make your reservation:
Reservations can be made by calling 604.840.0422 or by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org. Please do not use social media to make your reservations!
All parties will have two hours to dine with us. This allows other guests to have an opportunity to enjoy a Pink House dining experience with our limited capacity.
We ask you promptly at the time of your set reservation. If you think you will be arriving early, please call to see if you can be sat sooner than planned. If you arrive late, you a) may forfeit your preferred table; and, b) will shorten your 2-hour time slot. Parties that arrive more than 10-minutes past their reserved time will likely lose their table.
We will most likely have a reservation wait-list for the evening and we ask that you respectfully notify us if you are unable to make your reservation so that another party may have the opportunity and we are not left with a vacancy!
Maximum party size on patio is 4 people - no exceptions.
Our patio is uncovered and unheated. We ask diners come prepared for potential changing weather conditions, as we likely are unable to accommodate a table location change.
Maximum party size in dining room is 8 people - no exceptions.
Please take the time to read more about additional changes to our dining protocols, to ensure you know what to expect during your dining experience. Times are still different, and we will do everything possible to provide our guests with a "normal" and pleasurable culinary experience.
